2017 Program Timeline

 

November - February 2017
Program promotion and awareness campaign.
February 24, 2017
Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt. If a company needs to withdraw from the program this is the last day to do so without having to pay the withdrawal fee.
March 1, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is March 3. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).

Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).

March 3, 2017

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

March 10, 2017
If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).
March 17, 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

March 24, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

March 31, 2017
Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).
April 7, 2017

Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).

May 2017
BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.
June 2017
The BCG Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to participating companies.
June 2017
Publication date for the “Best Call Centers to Work For.” Winners to be honored at the insideARM First Party Summit.

July 2017
Benchmarking portion of the Employee Feedback Report is sent (if purchased).
July 2017
The Employer Benchmark Summary (free) is sent to participating companies.
